The FBM KLEEGO 50 is a dual-function chocolate machine designed for artisan bean-to-bar chocolate makers. Combining a 50 kg melting tank with a 35 kg conche, KLEEGO 50 enhances flavor and texture development in small-batch chocolate production. This modular, high-performance system allows chocolate makers to refine their craft with precise control over mixing, heat, and air exposure—all in one innovative unit.

Equipped with a top-mounted conching assembly, counter-rotating stirrers, and a forced hot air system with an independently controlled ceramic heater, the KLEEGO 50 significantly reduces conching time compared to traditional refiners. The integrated auger pump ensures continuous mixing, leading to a homogeneous and well-developed final product. Once ready, the chocolate can be pumped directly into a tempering machine or a storage container.
