Este molde de silicone 30SIL05N foi projetado para criar guloseimas elegantes em forma de mini esfera. É feito de silicone de qualidade alimentar para uma desmoldagem fácil e exata. O silicone antiaderente torna o cozimento eficiente e sem esforço. Suporta temperaturas entre -60°C (-76°F) a + 230°C (+450°F). O tamanho do molde é 595 x 395 mm, e cada esfera mede ø 35 h 17,5 mm com capacidade de 10 ml. Cada pacote contém uma peça e rende 96 mini esferas.

I was slightly concerned because it was my first time ordering from here. However, my shipment arrived a week before the expected date and was in perfect condition! The flour itself is great and I’ve made some amazing Viennoiseries with it. The dough comes out highly extensible and supple. I do wish the shipping fees were a bit lower as I’d originally planned on buying 2 bags but it was too expensive even with the 50% discount on the second bag. I’m definitely ordering again from them though!.
