Este molde de silicona 30SIL05N está diseñado para crear dulces elegantes en forma de mini esfera. Está fabricado en silicona de grado alimentario para un desmoldeo fácil y exacto. La silicona antiadherente permite una cocción eficiente y sin esfuerzo. Soporta temperaturas entre -60°C (-76°F) a + 230°C (+450°F). El tamaño del molde es de 595 x 395 mm, y cada esfera mide ø 35 h 17,5 mm con una capacidad de 10 ml. Cada paquete contiene una pieza y rinde 96 miniesferas.

I was slightly concerned because it was my first time ordering from here. However, my shipment arrived a week before the expected date and was in perfect condition! The flour itself is great and I’ve made some amazing Viennoiseries with it. The dough comes out highly extensible and supple. I do wish the shipping fees were a bit lower as I’d originally planned on buying 2 bags but it was too expensive even with the 50% discount on the second bag. I’m definitely ordering again from them though!.
